This Panasonic phone system is a good one, sound quality and features are all really good. The only thing I don't like is the caller id; when you go to clear the names, there are a lot more steps to do so than my last phone. Other than that, I would defintely recommend this phone as the benefits outweigh this one issue., This cordless phone and answerer are new for 2011 and the performance is outstanding.
