I have owned V-Tech phones for almost ten years. I bought these to replace an old set that starting malfunctioning. These offer good sound quality, good battery life and big buttons. I have only one complaint:1. They are very long and thin so they tend to fall over if you don't place them in the charger after each use. I like to fully drain a battery before recharging it so I just keep it laying on the counter until it's time to recharge. Not a big deal, but a nuisance., These phones are good phones.
