I would rate this product higher except I have had two problems. First one was the light on the top kept flashing indicating a new message, yet there were no new messages, the second one, I was trying to answer the phone and the handset gave a message could not connect to the base, I was standing less than 2 feet from the base when I picked the phone up from the table. I am returning this unit and I may try another since in the past all my phones have been Panasonic and all work...
